 Recipe 1: One-Pan Chicken Pasta

"Dinner in one pan? It's practically magic."

Ingredients:

-  2 or 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 cups chicken broth

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 cups of any pasta

- 1 cup grated cheese

- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or garlic powder if you’re really lazy)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh coriander for garnish (optional, but it makes you look fancy)

Instructions:

1. Heat the Olive Oil: In a large frying pan, heat the  oil over medium heat.

2. Cook the Chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.

3. Add Garlic: Throw in the minced garlic and sauté for another minute. (Or sprinkle some garlic powder and call it a day.)

4. Pour in the Liquids: Add the chicken broth and heavy cream to the pan, stirring to combine.

5. Add the Pasta: Cook pasta and add it to the pan. Make sure the pasta is half cooked.

6. Simmer and Stir: Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked completly and the sauce has thickened.

7. Add the Cheese: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and well combined.

8. Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander if you're feeling fancy. Serve immediately and enjoy the gourmet taste with minimal effort.

Recipe 2: Microwave Mug Brownie

"Dessert in a minute? Yes, please!"

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

- A pinch of salt

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 2 tablespoons water

- Optional toppings: ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate chips, nuts

Instructions:

1. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a microwave-safe mug, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

2. Add the Wet Ingredients: Add the vegetable oil and water to the mug. Stir until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.

3. Microwave: Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. The brownie should be set but still moist. Be careful not to overcook it!

4. Top It Off: Let the brownie cool for a minute (if you can wait). Top with a scoop of ice cream, a dollop of whipped cream, or any other toppings you like.

5. Enjoy: Dig in with a spoon and enjoy your quick, gooey brownie without the hassle of baking.
